1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device when you visit them. They are used to make websites work more efficiently.
Cookies allow the website to remember your actions and preferences so you don't have to re-enter them every time you return.
Art. 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE — the national transposition of the ePrivacy Directive — and the GDPR require your consent before any cookie that is not strictly necessary is placed on your device. Until you give it, none is placed.
Rejecting is as easy as accepting: the banner has an “Essential only” button at the same level as the accept button. Closing the banner without choosing does not count as accepting — nothing is enabled and you will be asked again — and your decision is stored for 24 months, after which you are asked once more.

Your choice in the preferences panel is not stored in a cookie but in the browser's local storage (localStorage), which serves the same purpose but is not sent with every request to the server. This is everything that is stored on your device:

4. Third-party cookies and services
These are the third parties involved, what they receive and where to read their policy. Each of them is responsible for its own processing:
- Google (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager): only if you accept analytics or advertising cookies. The container always loads, but it starts with every consent signal denied, so until you accept it writes no cookies and sends no identifiers. The advertising signals are only granted if you accept advertising cookies; in that case Google may use the data from your visit to measure our campaigns and to show you personalised ads.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile): present on every public form. It receives your IP address and technical browser data, and may store information on your device while the check lasts. It is essential for the form to work, so it falls under the strictly necessary exemption.
- Esri (maps): pages with a map request the imagery from its servers, which receive your IP address when serving it. It sets no cookies: it is an image request like any other, but you should know about it because a third party is involved.
There is no other third party. In particular, there are no social network pixels.
5. How to manage cookies

You can change your decision — or withdraw it entirely — at any time from the panel, without giving any reason and with the same effort it took to give it:
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of what was measured while it was given. If you withdraw it, analytics or advertising cookies stop being placed; any already on your device can be deleted from your browser settings, as explained below.
