Everything we do, no fine print
Cleaning the pool and deck
The pool floor and walls are brushed to prevent algae, and the deck area is cleaned daily during peak season, which is when it actually gets dirty. The goal is for it to actually be clean, not just look it.
Qualified lifeguards
Lifeguards hold a current official water-rescue qualification and cover the full swimming hours the community sets, with no unwatched gap at midday or on the last weekend of the season.
Season opening and closing
Before opening we check pumps, filters and the dosing system, and deep-clean after winter. When closing, we cover the pool and protect the equipment from humidity and cold so it reaches next season intact.

When does the service run, from and to?
Usually from June to September, but we adjust the dates to the actual opening and closing calendar the community decides on.
Do I need a lifeguard if the pool is small?
It depends on regional regulations and the pool's capacity; we advise you based on your community's specific case.
What happens if the lifeguard is out for a day?
We cover the absence with another qualified lifeguard; the pool is never left unwatched during the contracted hours.
Can I hire just the chemical maintenance, without a lifeguard?
Yes, water maintenance and lifeguarding can be contracted separately, depending on what the community already has covered.
