Collado Villalba, 36 km from Madrid city, is the furthest town in our coverage area and works as a gateway and transport hub towards the Guadarrama mountains, with its own long-distance and commuter rail station. Its housing stock mixes block communities and developments, and the mountain climate — more rain and colder winters than Madrid city — shapes the schedule for outdoor work. Because of the distance, we run technical maintenance here with our own team on a scheduled route, rather than relying on third parties who take time to travel out.
We cover the whole of Collado Villalba: Villalba Pueblo, Villalba Estación, and the estates around the town.

Frequently asked questions about Collado Villalba
Do you cover communities as far out as Collado Villalba?
Yes, being the furthest town in our coverage, our own technical team travels out with the same response standard as in every other area, without relying on a different local provider.
Does the mountain climate affect maintenance of installations?
Yes, colder winters and higher rainfall than Madrid city call for different attention to installations like gutters, roofs and heating systems.
Does it take you longer to attend an emergency, being the furthest town?
That is exactly why maintenance here runs with our own team on a scheduled route, rather than calling in a third party who has to travel out from Madrid. The incident hotline answers just as it does across the rest of the coverage area; what is planned differently is the route.
What concierge hours can you cover in Collado Villalba?
Anything from a half-day or split shift to full cover from 6 am to midnight, depending on what each community or building needs. We cover the concierge’s sick leave and holidays with another professional of the same profile, at no extra cost and without leaving the post empty.
